Some customers are able to immediately print high quality work . Others take a little longer to accomplish great quality. We will provide timely support so you are able to print high-quality products.
Please address your difficulties in writing to email@example.com. Please include the settings and pictures of your printer. Our technical support team will gladly help you find your own best settings. We will be contacting you as soon as possible with our recommendations.
Even though we have broad experience in manufacturing plastic and thoroughly test each filament batch to sell only quality products, in the case you are unsatisfied with our product, MeltInk will, as a responsible manufacturer, compensate it. We, however, appreciate if you give us the opportunity to inspect the item before issuing your credit.
Please report your concern within 30 days of purchase to the email firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will email you a free return shipping label.
Our technical support team will inspect the spool. If our technical support team determines that the spool is defective, we will issue a store credit or make a full refund, whichever you prefer.
If we determine there is nothing wrong with the quality of our filament, we will only compensate the weight of the returned filament and will discount the shipping fees of the return.
About On-line shopping
Your data will be handled confidentially and encrypted with SSL (Secure-Socket-Layer) secure server software. The encrypted information of your order, your name, address, credit card or bank details cannot be read by any third party.
Our webpage is protected with HTTPS encryption which allows our customers to purchase our products in a secure environment. Any financial and private information shared on our website will not be stored or backed up on our servers.
About your order
After placing the order, you will promptly receive an e-mail order confirmation. We will check items in stock. Once the order is processed on our database, items will leave our warehouse on the same day, or, at the latest, the following workday.
Our goal is to process each order immediately. We work very hard in having all filaments in stock to ship them right away or on the following workday.
However, due to unexpected events, we may run low or not have all items in stock. This is no problem!! We manufacture all our filaments and will have your order ready to be shipped in no more than two business days.
If you change your mind about any product you ordered and would like to remove or add another product, you have two options:
- Cancel your order and place a new order, or
- Contact us by e-mail at email@example.com as soon as possible. If we are able to process any exchanges before delivering the original order, we will be more than happy to help you
MeltInk offers free shipping to all online orders within the U.S. No restrictions apply.
MeltInk is only accepting payment with PayPal. This method is used for the safety of MeltInk and the customer. We are currently working in finding other methods for your convenience.
Our goal is to deliver your order within the next 24 hours. If you placed your order in a business day and we have in stock all items, we will ship them the same day you placed the order. Otherwise, your order will be shipped within two business days.
Please note that we ship one spool in a single box by USPS Priority Mail. USPS Priority Mail will normally deliver package in 2 or 3 days, as provided by USPS policy. Larger orders will be shipped by UPS Ground. You’ll receive an email from them with the tracking information.
About returning products
If you change your mind, you may return any unopened and sealed item within 30 days of purchase. Upon return of unopened and sealed item, you may either have a full store credit or ask for a refund.
